Upon completion of this form, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours with your placement session date and time. We will also send you an email the day before to remind you of the upcoming session. Your child does not need to prepare anything in advance and will be walked through placements by our staff. Parents will take part in an informational meeting that will provide additional insight to our program while your child goes through the placement process. Once the placement session has concluded, we will send an email with our decision regarding your child's placement within a choir within 72 hours.
