This contract is to help ensure a safe and enjoyable concert season for all parties and must be signed by both parent/guardian & chorister. All Phoenix Children’s Chorus handbook guidelines, policies, and addendums will be in effect for the entire duration of the choir season including camp, rehearsals, performances, tour, and any PCC activity. The PCC Handbook can be found in the Documents section of Choir Genius. We, the undersigned parent/guardian and chorister, have read and agree to the Phoenix Children’s Chorus Handbook guidelines, policies, and consequences.
