Voices - NW Valley Program: Highland Lakes School in Glendale - Wednesday evening rehearsals August through December concerts

Upon completion of this form, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours with your audition date and time. We will also send you an email the day before to remind you of the audition. Your child does not need to prepare anything in advance and will be walked through the audition by our staff. Parents will take part in an informational meeting that will provide additional insight to our program while your child goes through the audition proccess. Once the audition has concluded, we will send an email with our decision regarding placement within a choir within 72 hours.
