Signup for Gala Pre-Care/After-Care

Pre-Care - For Cadenza and Tutti choristers whose parent/guardian is attending Gala, a member of the staff, volunteering, or if they have a chorister sibling with an earlier call time.

After-Care - For Presto, Canto, or Tutti choristers whose parent/guardian is attending Gala, a member of the staff, or volunteering throughout the night. Cadenza, Bravo, and Encore perform through the end of the event and don't need to sign up for after-care.

If more than one child is in PCC, please only use one and include additional sibling names in notes box at end of this form.

Cadenza will be performing in the final song with Bravo & Encore and thus are not needing to sign up for after-care services. Choristers in pre-care should bring a nut-free sack dinner and an additional nut-free snack, as it is a long day for them.

Please note that pizza will be provided to our choristers in after-care so if there are special dietary restrictions please reach out to Mrs. Coryell and Mrs. Howe to discuss options.

Bravo and Encore choristers will be participating in the whole event and thus are not needing to sign up for pre-care or after-care services. Chorister should bring a nut-free sack dinner and make sure they have an additional nut-free snack and disposable water for that evening as it will be a longer day for them.
